    Captain Joe and Kirby took us out for a remembrance of a family member who had recently passed away. They were AMAZING! They were very accommodating and respectful of our time together to remember our loved one and also very knowledgeable about the area. We WILL be back to go on one or more of their other boat excursions. Thanks Captain Joe and Kirby - we couldn't have asked for a better morning out!

  • Review of "Sea Scape Properties" at Wrightsville Beach

    We've been renting from Sea Scape Properties for the past 4 years. Our daughter attends UNCW so we come here every chance we get. We used own a log cabin in Eastern Washington and had a management company rent it for us. That said, I know when to expect in a nightly rental management company. The folks at Sea Scape are first class. They are always responsibe and understand the balance of keeping the customer happy and the owner satisfied as well. We also love the Sea Scape app. Leveraging technology as part of the experience is awesome! No more checking in at a remote location. Key code entry, etc. Just perfect! Thanks again!

  • Review of "Intracoastal Vacation Rentals" at Wrightsville Beach

    At the end of September, we rented KB Villas C8 through VRBO. The link was never sent to me regarding this property and that is too bad. I feel that if I was able to post a review, Intracoastal Vacation Rentals would have taken my comments more seriously. But I will share them with you anyway. The reviews of this property online are fairly good – which makes me wonder if they are legit. The property itself is anything but ‘fairly good’. True, the location is great. The outside terrace is very nice. I do not believe that someone owns this property outside of the rental agency. It is so run down. The furniture is so dirty, I didn’t sit on any of it. Grimy describes it best. The place is in desperate need of paint – a paint job on the walls. The A/C and heating vents are so rusty. I realize the condo is beachfront, but this is routine maintenance. The beds do not have mattress pads. The pillows are ancient. The mattresses need replacement. The furniture is bargain basement, worn down some more. The price per night for this condo is extravagant. We’ve traveled the world and we use VRBO and Home Away as much as possible. I’ve never paid this much for a condo and been this disappointed.
